The Conversations Tab is essentially your inbox, at the Professional and Premier account level, you have the option to both Email and Text from the Conversations Tab.
Underneath the first two headers, New Email and New Text, is the overall Conversations area which logs every single email conversation you have had through your MetroList.com Dashboard.
Just to the right are two helpful tools, Scheduled Messages and Draft Messages.
How to Send an Email
To send an Email, click on New Email to open the Email Composer. From the Email Composer you have the capability to compose any email message. You will
find the following fields and editing tools:
- To:
- Subject:
- The option to Insert HTML Variable (such as Recipients First Name)

Text Options:
- Bold
- Italics
- Underline
- Strikethrough

Justify Text Options:
- Align text left
- Center text
- Align text right
- Center justified

Insert Options:
- Insert Hyperlink
- Insert image
- Create a table

An option to view more tools
- View HTML
- And the Body of the Email
Once you are done composing your email you have a few options when you click the down arrow next to the red Send button, you can:
- Send
- Schedule
- Save as Draft
How to Send a Text
To send a Text, click on New Text to open the Text Composer.
- Type in the name of the Client you wish to send a text to.
- Type the body of the text, there is a maximum of 160 characters.
Once you are done composing your text you have a few options when you click the down arrow next to the red Send button, you can:
- Send
- Schedule
- Save as Draft
