- Log in to your MetroList.com Account
- Once inside of your dashboard, navigate over to the Contacts Tab on the left-hand side
- Select the Client Name of the Client you wish to set up listing alerts by text for
- Now that you are inside of a specific Client Record, the first thing you have to do is make sure that you have a primary phone number set to Mobile for your client.
- If you made any changes, make sure you click Save Changes
- Now that you have set up and/or confirmed a primary phone number set to mobile for your client, click on the Saved Searches tab
The Saved Searches tab is where you will see all of your clients’ Saved Searches. This is where you will be able to edit an existing Saved Search, or maybe even
create a new Saved Search, but most importantly this is how you will set your client up for Automatic Listing Alerts by Text
