How to Set-up Auto Listing Alerts by Text

Create Saved Searches matching your clients' desired location, price range, beds, baths and other wishlist items. Send your clients listing notifications by text automatically and bring them back to your website for details about the property.

Configure Saved Search using map and filters

Accessing a Clients' Saved Searches

  1. Log in to your Account
  2. Once inside of your dashboard, navigate over to the Contacts Tab on the left-hand side
  3. Select the Client Name of the Client you wish to set up listing alerts by text for
  4. Now that you are inside of a specific Client Record, the first thing you have to do is make sure that you have a primary phone number set to Mobile for your client.
  5. If you made any changes, make sure you click Save Changes
  6. Now that you have set up and/or confirmed a primary phone number set to mobile for your client, click on the Saved Searches tab

The Saved Searches tab is where you will see all of your clients’ Saved Searches. This is where you will be able to edit an existing Saved Search, or maybe even create a new Saved Search, but most importantly this is how you will set your client up for Automatic Listing Alerts by Text

Configuring an Existing Saved Search

Create a New Saved Search in your Contacts' client record

If you would like to use your clients’ existing Saved Search:

  1. Click Edit on the Saved Search you wish to edit
  2. Scroll down to where it says Marketing Channel
  3. Select your SMS Marketing Channel
  4. Make sure the box next to Receive Listing Alerts is Selected
  5. Now you can edit the Frequency
  6. And also edit the Notification Time
  7. Click Save
  8. Click Save Changes

And just like that your clients will start receiving automatic listing alerts directly to their phone!

Creating a New Saved Search

Configure Saved Search using map and filters

While you are inside of the Client Record under the Saved Searches tab, you can also set up a New Saved Search for your client:

  1. Click New Saved Search
  2. Type in a Search Name
  3. Click Save
  4. Your New Saved Search will now appear just under the rest of your clients’ other Saved Searches click Configure Criteria
  5. This function takes you to the Listings tab of the Activity Dashboard. Once inside, click Filter Results
  6. Now input all of your desired criteria, here you will notice you also have more options to filter by under Advanced Filters
  7. Click Save & Return

Now don’t forget to go back and Edit this New Saved Search to have your clients receive automatic listing alerts by text!
