Personalize your Complimentary Website through your Dashboard!
Navigate to your Settings Tab to update your Account Profile, add your Company Logo, integrate your Social Media accounts, set up additional Notification preferences and so much more!
*Don't forget to keep your Prospector+ Profile up to date, as your Account Profile is built and kept current, using that information.


How to Personalize Your Complimentary Website

Upload Your Company Logo

To upload your Company Logo, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Settings Tab
  2. Click on Photos & Logos
  3. Under the Company Logo section, click Choose File
  4. Preferred logo file format:
    • JPG - recommended 480x120 pixels
    • PNG - file must not exceed 480x120 pixels (For transparent logos, use a PNG image file.)
  5. Locate and select your company logo file
  6. Click Open to upload your logo
  7. Scroll down and click Save Changes

** If you would like to update your Profile Photo and Thumbnail Image, you will need to add or update your image in your Prospector+ Profile.

Insert Your Social Media Links

The Social Media Links setting is where you can add links to your Social Media accounts to display on your Profile.

Adding links to your Social Media accounts will not only appear in your Profile on the Portal AND your Complimentary Website, they also appear on your Agent Tile when your profile comes up in a 'Find and Agent' Search Criteria.

To insert your Social Media Links in your Dashboard, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Settings Tab
  2. Click on Email & Social
  3. On the right hand side of the page, locate the Social Media Links section
  4. Click on the drop down that says 'Select Link Type...'
  5. Select the link type
  6. Paste your Social Media URL in the box below
  7. Click Add
  8. Repeat steps 4 through 7 as many times as you would like
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes

Update Your Market Areas

Your Market Areas are found in your Dashboard, in Settings, in Account Profile, under your Market Area Section.

Your Primary Market Area is the first area that appears in your Market Area Section.

Your Primary Market Area is what your Complimentary Agent Website uses to populate listings in your Featured Properties section.

To update your Market Areas, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard
  2. Click on the Settings Tab
  3. Under the Account Profile Section, navigate to the right hand side of the page under Market Areas
  4. Click on the drop down and select either City or Zip Code
  5. In the box that says 'Your Market Area', start typing your desired City or Zip Code
  6. Select your desired City ort Zip Code from the options listed
  7. Click Add
  8. Repeat steps 4 through 7
  9. (A maximum of 10 city's and/or zip codes can be selected)

  10. Once you have finished, make sure to click the red 'Save Changes' button
