Updating your Email & Social

Edit your Email and Social Settings by updating your Email Settings and Social Media Links

Settings Tab - Email & Social

The Email & Social menu item under the Settings Tab is where you have access to view and change your Email and Social Settings.

Email Website

The Email Website setting is the default setting for links in your emails to be integrated with your desired marketing website.

*If you are using the Complimentary or Advanced Account only and have not upgraded to the Professional or Premier Package that includes an additional Customizable Website; the drop down option will only display your Complimentary Website.

*If you have upgraded to either the Professional or Premier Package and have created and published your Customizable Website, make sure to update this setting to your new website to ensure that emails sent on your behalf, will contain links that direct your clients to your new website!

Default Email Signature

The Default Email Signature setting is where you have access to update what default email signature displays on the emails sent from your solution.

Utilize the editing features available to customize your signature to your liking.
Adding a hyperlink to your website is a great way to generate more traffic to your fully integrated property search website.
And adding your profile photo or company logo is also a great way to stand out!

*If you are using the Complimentary Account, the Default Email Signature will not be utilized unless you upgrade to the Advanced, Professional or Premier Account which includes the additional email feature. At the Complimentary Account level, the only emails that are sent on your behalf are Automatic Listing Alert Notifications that a consumer can sign up for; and these do not include an updated email signature.


Social Media Links

The Social Media Links setting is where you can add links to your Social Media accounts to display on your Profile.

Adding links to your Social Media accounts will not only appear in your Profile on the Portal AND your Complimentary Website, they also appear on your Agent Tile when your profile comes up in a 'Find and Agent' Search Criteria.

To insert your Social Media Links in your Dashboard, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Settings Tab
  2. Click on Email & Social
  3. On the right hand side of the page, locate the Social Media Links section
  4. Click on the drop down that says 'Select Link Type...'
  5. Select the link type
  6. Paste your Social Media URL in the box below
  7. Click Add
  8. Repeat steps 4 through 7 as many times as you would like
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes
