The Notifications menu item under the Settings Tab is where you have access to view and update your MetroList.com Account Notification Settings and Preferences.
Notification Email
*Please be aware that some Lead Notification Emails get marked as SPAM. Notification Emails from MetroList.com would be sent to you by notifications@metrolist.com. If you think you should have received a Notification Email and have not, please double check your spam folder and mark the sender as 'Not Spam' to be able to receive Notification Emails straight to your email inbox in the future.
The Email Address 1 field should already be filled out with our primary Email Address provided from your Prospector+ Profile, if the email address displayed here is out of date, please update your Email Address 1 to the email you wish to receive Notifications to.
The Email Address 2 and Email Address 3 fields are available for you to add any additional email addresses that you would like to have Notification Emails sent to.

SMS Notifications
If you would like to start receiving Notifications as a text right to your mobile device, fill out the Notification Texts (SMS) field with your mobile phone number.
We strongly encourage every agent to sign up for SMS Notifications to not miss any new lead or activity that may be happening on their website!

Select Your Notifications
The Notification Event selection is available to you if you would like to start/stop receiving certain types of notifications. Simply check or uncheck the box next to the Event under the Notification E-mail or SMS column.

Activity Notifications
The Activity Notifications section is available to you if you would like to start/stop receiving emails summarizing your client's Interest Level changes.
*Interest Levels are the systems way of "scoring" your lead or client. The Interest Levels of a client goes up when that client is active on your website by saving properties, saving searches or filling out a lead form. If the client stops making actions on your website or has not logged in to your website in quite some time, the system will start decreasing that client's Interest Level.
You can change the number of days between Activity Notifications, or you can select Don't Notify to stop receiving these types of email alerts.
