Settings Tab - Plan & Billing


The Plan & Billing menu item under the Settings Tab is where you have access to Upgrade your MetroList.com Account to one of the three Agent Packages or the Broker Elite Solution.

Agent Packages

Before we show you how to upgrade your MetroList.com Account, below are resources to learn more about the three MetroList.com Agent Packages:

Once you have decided on which package fits your Real Estate Business needs the best, follow the steps below to learn how to upgrade your account:

  1. Log in to your MetroList.com Dashboard
  2. Click on the Settings Tab
  3. Click on the Plan & Billing Tab
  4. Click Upgrade Account
  5. Select your desired Package
  6. Click Add Payment Profile and follow the steps
  7. *Be sure to input all of the card information correctly, or you will receive an error notification
  8. Click Add
  9. Review the Terms of Use
  10. Once ready, select the box next to I agree to the Terms of Use
  11. Click Upgrade

Broker Elite Solution

If you are interested in the MetroList.com Broker Elite Solution and would like more information, you can fill out your information in the lead form found at the bottom of this page, and our MetroList.com Specialist will reach out to you to provide you with additional information and to answer all of your questions!

If you have already received all of the information you need to move forward with upgrading to the MetroList.com Broker Elite Solution, follow the steps below to learn how to upgrade your account:

  1. Log in to your MetroList.com Dashboard
  2. Click on the Settings Tab
  3. Click on the Plan & Billing Tab
  4. Click Upgrade Account
  5. Select your desired Package
  6. Click Add Payment Profile and follow the steps
  7. *Be sure to input all of the card information correctly, or you will receive an error notification
  8. Click Add
  9. Review the Terms of Use
  10. Once ready, select the box next to I agree to the Terms of Use
  11. Click Upgrade
